We over at the AoFD are going to be continuing to update this thread with new news and content, bringing all the latest in the AoFD's space.
We have also released a new website for ease of access across the galaxy and limitless amounts of information being topped off with a streamline mission board and easy to use News & Events Tab as well as information on other important aspects of our organization such as our Roster, Services and Divisions and our goals.

Who we are.
We are a Federal aligned organization who faithfully follow and protect the Ambassador Aedaho and the Federations people. We are trained, organized and prepared for almost anything that life can throw at us in the deep black. We allow our people to be Democratic within their societies and we even use a degree of Democracy within our membership structure, (Member > Lieutenant/Representative > Admiral > Vice-Leader > Leader) all of which are elected into their positions by the people (Members) as they are seen as admirable and worthy of bestowing said rank, with acceptations from the Ambassador, Aedaho, as he is a permanent representative of the Federation who's many of years a fighter pilot have granted him a profound respect of which has built a community within the Federation.

What we do.
We are, as stated, a Federal aligned organization of which we take on numerous roles to ensure a safer, brighter and prosperous future ahead. There is no clear definition as to what the AoFD do as it is often seen as random but these are the roles.
How to join.
There are two ways of you joining us, and you are more than likely going to be accepted, so long as you have the following:
Microphone/Headset
Option A:
You seek us out online and message one of our members, after this a member of the rank of Lieutenant or Higher, will ask to interview you. These can last from up to 5-20 minutes and are relatively quick, so long as no issues arise, you will also be allowed to ask as many questions as you so wish but be careful how you come across as questioning your Officer or Senior Officer OR Leader/Vice-Leader in a negative way is seen as an offense and could see to your request being denied. Once interviewed the verbal application will be verified by a senior member of staff and you will become the rank of Member.
Option B:
You fill in an application, here and always double check you have filled in ALL of the briefs marked with a star or asterisk (*) and we will get back to you within the next couple of days to review your application and enlist you into the group, once again allowing you to ask any questions you may have.

These are the people who will move like snakes, assassinating and smuggling. - System Surveyor
These are the people who will find us new frontiers, and systems to expand into. - System Constructor
These are the people who build our factions influence within our systems. - Diplomatic Relations
These are our negotiators, our voices of the people and advisors to the Ambassador. - Scientific Research Division
These are the people who seek out and explore the unknown and investigate its properties.
