Yep. Here I am, circumnavigating the galaxy, and my cargohold full of repair limpets, is now a cargohold full of nothing. Just from switching between EDH and EDO, and back again. Of course, I could synthesize some, but why should I waste my materials synthing something I already had, and that the game just decided to delete for no apparent reason other than EDO is a broken mess that is messing with everything.

Horizons needs to be quarantined from Odyssey.
Oh and now it gets even better. I just landed on a planet to go cruising in my srv, and my srv is gone as well. This is my exploration Dolphin, it ALWAYS has an srv bay and srv in the bay. But now, my srv is gone as well as my repair limpets.
The software to this game must be very volatile.
Here you are losing stuff, yet others in Horizons are getting all their ammo restocked simply by going into supercruise. But not all types of weapons.

Closest place to me to get a new srv and limpets is 3000 fricking ly's away. This game has gone past making me angry, and right into utter astonishment at just how broken it is since odyssey.
You can try opening a support ticket and explain your situation.
Prior to Odyssey launch, when I opened a support ticket, it was usually resolved in a day or two. Customer support was very nice to me.
But yeah, play another game if you get too frustrated. I highly recommend the new Mass Effect Legendary edition. Mass Effect's story is remarkable; truly a work of art. There is combat. However, when I am new to a game I always start on the easiest level which makes getting into the flow of the game easier. Then I ratchet up the difficulty.
Borderlands 2 is on sale for 5 usd on steam. It's supposed to be a great game, too. Its a looter shooter eith hysterically funny characters.
