The application is not launched

I downloaded the game again after a season.
The game does not start.
Download the launcher separately and do not start it.
Check damaged system files, repair them and do not start the ED.
Reinstall the game 3 times.
Start from steam, direct from the executable and from the launcher separately, and do not run.
Update video drivers.
Check firewall and antivirus config.

All help is appreciated, native Spanish language.

Two suggestions:

1. Try running EDLaunch.exe as an administrator.

or

2. Edit the config file in case it is not finding NET framework runtime 2:

In your EDLaunch directory - make a copy of the file "EDLaunch.exe.config" and stick it somewhere safe in case of issues. Then edit the original file "EDLaunch.exe.config" (notepad will do), you will see the lines:

<startup>

<supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727"/>
<supportedRuntime version="v4.0"/>
</startup>

Just delete the line " <supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727"/> " - save and start the launcher.

If it doesn't help then you have some other issue, sorry.

NOTE - this forum software removes the blank spaces so the layout in your config file will (probably) look different - it isn't a problem.
