When visiting Picasso gallery in Barcelona couple of years ago I was astonished by his early works - where he's been creating realistic artwork, way before he went cubism.

I specifically remember this one. There is something very "raw" and depressing about it. Love it.

Nice! I have a framed wall poster of that image which my wife tolerated for many years ... until we had children, then she made me take it down. It's now in the attic, along with another large framed poster of my forum avatar ...
