Tonight i was working on my latest park "Camelot" and i realized that with the release of alpha 3, the game has finally become the thing i have been dreaming of since i started playing alpha 1.
I know there are still some limitations (no wooden, water rides or many flats,) but now if i can visualize something in my head, i can generally make it with ease. Part of the reason may be that i have gotten better while playing the alphas for several months but i think it is mainly due to the huge refinements Frontier has made to the building systems (coasters, terraforming & paths) and the new theme and all of the recolorable pieces and trees not to mention water (finally!)
All in all, i view Planet Coaster now as a true game changer for the entire simulation genre and now i have a creative outlet for all the parks in my head that i couldn't quite realize due to limitations back in the RCT days.
Thanks Frontier!
