Walters Dock in the Condovichs system. It is located 5,000Ls away from the main star and doesn't orbit a planet but sits there on its own. It's a Coriolis Starport and despite not selling many ships, it sells just about every possible module. It doesn't have the discount and every ship available like Founder's World but it's the closest you can get.

Find 2 high tech systems right next to each other. If one doesn't have something the other will. I used to jump between ROSS 775 and Alrai before I got access to Shinrarta.

around lembamva there is a station called BD417-28( i think ) its about 12ly away, and thuis is part fo a big triangle of everything including lembanva and diaguandri its where i base my multi billion fleet, id rather have an extra 30 mins outfitting time and save thee xtra 5% on these modules that are in the 150 mil mark

Belarsuk is a fantastic system, has pretty much all weapons, all modules, lots of high tech ships, the system has one of the best RES sites out there, was my home for a long time before Jameson
