The best weapons port?

I'm looking to buy some Class 3 Gimballed Pulse/Burst Lasers. I can't seem to find them anywhere. I heard that Freeport had a good selection of weapons, so I flew countless lightyears to get there only to find their selection was very sub-par.

Where might I be able to find the weapons I'm looking for, perhaps?

High tech stations with a very large population are your best chances to find what you're looking for. Also, having a good rep' with said station will improve the module selection.

Alternatively, if you're a backer or have an elite rank, you could go to the founder system, SHINRARTA DEZHRA, they have it all and everything is discounted too...
