So I'm out on the far rim, searching for Earth-likes at over 64000 Ly from Sol and i happened upon this weird little patch of class Y stars. A really dense clump of the coolest form of brown dwarf. You can see how thinly spread the surrounding stars are. I can't imagine what would cause this patch to form?
All it needs is a ringed Earth-like in the middle and it would be the Briar patch for sure.
However, as you can see from the difference between the last 2 pics, first realistic,then scoopable only view,there aren't many chances of finding one...but I'm still gonna take a look.
