The carrier seems to be there, but it is not...

Yesterday, there was a media management graph in the 4th panel. I've been playing all day today and this button is missing. Logging back into the game doesn't help. I even started checking the game's files, but that didn't make it appear either. Due to this bug, I cannot make a flight to other systems with a carrier through direct control of it while on it. The ship is at my disposal, there is enough money, it has not been written off. How do I fix this so that I can travel to other stars?

If I understand correctly - you can't operate the carrier from aboard your ship, but since you are aboard your carrier, you should go to the carrier bridge and do the jump from there. Good luck.

Unfortunately, the problem here is greater. I can't control the movement from the carrier bridge, nothing happens when the button is pressed. Only market management and so on, without moving.

apart from plotting a route on the carrier galaxy map and telling it to go there
and then you have to wait over an hour or so for it to do so.................

What do you see when you click "Carrier Management"
That's what I was talking about under "management". Here's a video of what's going on with me.

As you can see in the video, there is 95% fuel available. There is no media interaction window in the right menu. And when choosing where to jump, the jump button simply won't be pressed. No matter how long I wait, nothing happens. Recently, I waited for 10 minutes, suddenly the button will hang down and the jump countdown will start, but no...

Perhaps the sale and purchase of a new carrier will bring success and return everything as it was, but unfortunately I don't have that much money to arrange such a purchase.

i see you select a star to jump to
but then you have to hold down the key to plot a route i cant tell from the video you are doing that
also try a keyboard bound key to do that as the map is buggy always has been

what version of the game r u playing btw is it live or odyssey?
as that may attone for the missing panel and lack of control thereof so check the launcher

I'm using the current version of the game. I found a similar problem on the official support site, where a person described that it happened after the construction of 1 station in the colonization system.

Yes, I both delayed and pressed quickly. Now I tried using the keyboard, the effect is the same. If necessary, I can send you a video.
 
strange the panel dont show in game like mine in pic post above
show pic of you current open launcher paint out name for privacy regards
(because each diff version shows a different image)

ya seems to be normal have you tried validating the files too it is looking more like a bug that effects players who have done colonization but in saying that i have
had no problems as my panel is clearly shown🤷‍♂️

Yes, I checked the files, reinstalled the game, changed the languages (sometimes errors occur when the game is in Russian). Unfortunately, as I understand it, this is a rare bug. No luck) I'll try to wait for a response from support, but I don't think they'll tell me anything intelligible. How long can they review the ticket? 4-5 days?
 
two weeks max i think if not busy they normaly respond in 24 hrs unless large amount of tickets received
try deleting the gpuworktable.xml located in your products folder boot an older version of the game then retry the current game is what i would try in the meantime
