Because we don't like people overfeeding our fish stocks and because we are, essentially, deep down, if you look at us in a weak light with squinted eyes, nice pirates we have decided that we are going to thin the predator population.

So, The Code or The C.o.d.e (Cash on Demand Expected)* are going to be killing pirates and bounty hunters for the next week in the Lave Nexus.

We thank you for your cooperation in this time of your destruction.

Fear not, traders, we will still be operating our enforced taxation methods when there is nothing else to do.
