The Cutter

Awesome to fly, can it be used as a viable pirate ship? PVE not PvP

If your willing to throw away half the cargo rack of T9s in PVE, Then Clipper, Pythons Kraits and the 3 Alliance classes...
Fun before profit as Stolen cargo sells for a lot less these days any way...
These are the shame ships gankers use as they will strip shields and then nuke drives stupidly quick for PVP..
Being a pirate just means doing the same thing but asking for cargo first after drive and shields are gone then killing them after they reject giving cargo...
The cutters convergence of hard points being bad mean using the Fixed weapons is harder so its normaly skipped over for PVP raiding for ships with better weapon use and better thrusters in the use of the Clipper...
You also have to be playing at at the correct Time Zone and correct Community Goal system or youll never find another human anyway for PVP raiding...

PVE will become very mechanical in the end as the easy correct way is easy...
There is more than one type of PVE piracy... and each requires slightly different builds so dont burn out on just one type..

Mega ship raiding
Station NPC ship raiding
In the mining Ring NPC ship raiding...

Edit =Old station NPC ship raid youtube play list..

Cutter works well for the 'robbing NPCs in bulk' kind of piracy. I don't find it particularly fun to fly, but when you have 350t of stolen cargo, you can get your flying jollies somewhere else.
