I will change of ISP the next week. And I will not have my current TV decoder with its analog audio outputs to connect to my stereo amp which does not have a digital optical input.
My TV has no analog sound outputs

So, I bought a DAC for a modest prices (30 euros) and an optical cable. This DAC has an excellent reputation for reliability and receives very good feedback from users.
So, I will keep my stereo sound with my TV. For a simple use without more requirements.
If you have problems with Digital / Analog connectivity, and do not want to spend a lot of money, there is always a solution.
