Federal pilots have looked with interest on your excellency's mission to halt the spread of the communist hegemony, a spread which might invite concern in any society beloved of freedom and self-determination. As such, I am certainly intrigued to know more about the Federal part played in the Collective, and the Federal agencies involved . (Although I will understand any reticence about identifying allies where it may compromise their security).

Operation Oblivion is proceeding with full force and the destruction of the former communist block surrounding the Manite system is now assured. And so it is with great pleasure that The Dark Armada is now able to announce the next major phase of our dark crusade against the insidious forces of communism that threaten to infect our galaxy. As of this moment phase one of OPERATION E.L.E. is almost complete. The full scale of this operation will soon be revealed. The red plague will not only be destroyed but utterly eradicated. To our enemies I say only this. One does not simply attack The Dark Armada without consequence and I am that consequence. You are fighting an apex predator whose wrath has no limits.

By hook or by crook your lost domain will be utterly purged, there is no hope there is no future there is only Empire!
