The defence of Salome: a legal or illegal action?

I'm considering showing up to defend her, just to screw with the Empire. Dirty slavers having an anyeurism trying to stop one woman appeals to me as a fed who loathes slavery (and yes, I know she put down that slave rebelleion, but, as I said, frustrating the dirty, slaving empire appeals to me on all sorts of levels, even if it means supporting a slaver. Lesser of two evils and all that jazz)
