The demonic ride

I just saw the demonic ride on facebook. I gotta say it looks really nice, but I do have a few questions and concerns.

There are 2 different pictures with different seats, will we be able to choose the kind of seats or is one concept art and the other the final result?

Personally I think the ride is themed too extreme. It also has a theme which you can't place in a lot of areas except for horror. Don't get me wrong, I think it looks cool but I hope there's going to be a way to mask some of the theme so you can use it in any other theme as well.

What are your opinions?

Nice, I thought that looked better and it reminds me of Talocan in Phantasialand, Germany.

What is this ride called in real life? I know there's a ride called the "Top Spin" but I think this is the one that is similar to that but can also tilt the ride car when in operation. Can someone give me a reference to this in a real life park? Thanks.

I think you're right. I thought is was a Top Spin or the Giant Top Spin, but it looks closer to the ride you're referring to.
