Ok, what am I doing wrong. I have to go sell in 5 different black markets. I go pick up 5 drugs, I went to the first black market, no problem, go the the next, go to the black market, sell one and the guy pays me. Look at my progress report with the deweller, only showing one.... am I doing it wrong, is it a bug??? Any advice would be great.

Server delay? I noticed something similar when I was ranking up in exploration. Sometimes I'd hand in some data and log out. When I logged back in the rank would be a couple of % higher than when I logged out.

Sounds about right. Maybe a bug? Just keep going to black markets until he unlocks - that'll be quicker than worrying about it, taking time to post here, or contacting support.

It just lags a bit, I had the same thing, got the invitation before my "number of black markets used" on the commander stats page ticked up.

Worth mentioning that Dweller also starts Hostile towards you until you logout and then log back in.

Also: search engines are really useful for this game - slow Engineer unlocks (especially the dweller) will come up with simple searches. Worth considering for these factual questions

Honestly I couldn't tell you for sure... I unlocked all the Engineers so long ago, I barely remember most of them. Only Bill Turner sticks in my mind, because I wanted to punch him so badly for making me mine 50 bromellite.

OP, as others have said you should try to relog.
Remember that in the future.
It comes up in other situations.

I thought I was clever enough to avoid that but somehow sold all my exploration data to the wrong minor faction.
