The Duff Party Bus is a converted Lakon Type-6 Transporter, owned by a small travel company[Duff Brewery and Travel] based out of Nanomam.
After my promotion to Admiral, I was asked to take it on its maiden voyage to the Galactic Core and back. A number of Federation VIPs on vacation are currently onboard, registered under aliases for their protection. Command is having me handle this personally, so no co-pilot was assigned to me.

Day 1 [Lagoon Nebula]
-Disabled audio notification of FSD charging @ 3,330LY
-One of the passengers died from an overdose of unknown narcotics. I had to jettison body into space.
-Had to change passcode for cockpit access. Upon returning from the head, I discovered a couple having sex in the pilot's seat.
-A short scan was scheduled for the contact binary @ SMOJAI FC-M C7-1

Day 2 [Trifid Nebula and beyond]
-Began the morning surveying various Neutron stars around the immediate area.
-Found a couple passed out in the space shower. Requested that they sleep somewhere else.
-Running a diagnostic on life support and environmental. Cabin is slightly warmer then normal.
-Projected travel distance for Day 2 is 5,000LY.
Day 2 [Afternoon]
-Life support/Environmental diagnostic turned up no anomalies in the system. I performed a reboot of that system's control node.
-A passenger faked a medical emergency to get me to open cockpit door. Several passengers who were hidden from the security camera came out and sprayed beer on me and the cockpit. I have set the ship to full stop while the mess is cleaned up.
-Because of said incident, I have converted a cargo container into a containment cell, dubbed the "Time-out Box." The leader of beer spraying incident is currently detained there.
-Out of curiosity, I have calibrated scanners to look for Earth-like worlds between current position and NGC 6357.
-A new course change to CL PISMIS 2 has been set, once cleanup operations are finished we will continue trip.
Day 2 [Evening]
-The leader of the beer spraying incident has calmed down and apologized to me. He seemed sincere enough, I returned his contraband narcotics. I will still be keeping my eye on him.
-A delicious dinner was served by our caterers in honor of a marriage proposal that occurred in the past hour.
-We passed by CL PISMIS 2 much to the delight of one of the VIPs.

-After a routine scan of local Neutron Stars, I plan to plot a course for BLAA HYPAI AA-A H68.

-Most of the passengers are passed out from 48 hours of continuous partying. I will enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts.
-Found an interesting reading on the scanners, an unexplored F class star system containing 4 Water World class planets.

Day 3 [Open Space/Morning]
-Continuing course for BLAA HYPAI AA-A H68. Conducting routine scans of Neutron Stars along the route.
-With no co-pilot to relieve me, I have been sleeping in the cockpit since the mission began. I plan to take a hot shower and stretch after scan of the 2nd Neutron Star is complete.
Day 3 [cont'd]
-Long distance scans revealed undiscovered Supernova Remnant surrounding Neutron Star EODGOVVY GW-W E1-17.

-Follow up from an anomalous scanner reading revealed an undiscovered Black Hole system, PRUA PHIO AB-W E2-36, surrounded by a Supernova Remnant

-Some of the passengers are finally up and about, though not partying as hard today.
-Continued on general heading for Galactic Core systems. Scanned several undiscovered Neutron Star systems in the general vicinity.
-Current course projection puts us close to the original planned schedule.

Day 4 [Neutron Star Field]
-Current position puts us just over 18,000LY from starting position.
-Passengers are excited to be able see more stars than they can possibly count. The partying has picked back up to the original pace.
-Increased number of Neutron Star and Black Hole systems in current vicinity.

Day 5
-One of the VIPs on board revealed to me an undisclosed medical condition severe enough to warrant an abort of current mission and course change back to Federation space.
-Currently making best possible speed to closest Federation system with a Class I Medical Facility.
-The rest of the passengers have been notified about course change, but no details have been given as to why.
Day 5 [cont'd]
-Current position is under 10,000LY from the edge of Federation space. Status of the VIP's condition is stable, but deteriorating.
-Continuing on present course and speed.
Day 6
-Current speed and course put us close to 3 hours from nearest Federation Class I Medical Facility.
-VIP is comfortable considering the situation, but condition is continuing to deteriorate.
Day 6 [Anagori, Gordon City]
-Ship secured at space dock. Medical personnel have administred emergency medical treatment and transported VIP off ship to medical facility.
-A Purple Transport Industries liaison has contacted me regarding the travel arrangements for the rest of the passengers. Passengers are currently in the process of offloading and have secured travel back to their respective systems.
-I will be overseeing repairs of the ship and will return to Nanomam in 48 hours.
