So with the new changes is charge enhanced still the way to go? (I do mostly pve combat in my vette) I currently have the high capacity ones and tbh i spend more time waiting for my weapons to charge than anything else. I used to have the charge enhanced and i really feel like it was better. But i noticed on Inara that it appears as if there is now a weapons enhanced grade 4 and 5 ... I remember way back when that the grade 3 weapon enhanced was only slightly worse than the grade 5 charge enhanced was across the board (or was it vice versa?) Anywho ... opinions?

Far as I can tell unless you're doing some kind of niche build Charged Enhanced PDs are the way. 51% or so increased charged rate possible now. Weeeew lad!
I love charge enhanced on my ubercutter, I run 4 x pulse turrets (2xlong range 2xrapid fire), 2 x rapid fire c3 pulses (with rapid experimental yo dude I heard you like rapid on your rapid..) and a huge long range beam. I can stay in haz res indefinitely, deal massive damage from 5.99km away and generally have a great time!
IMO That’s the best option - I have an all beam Corvette.
