I have seen honest questions answered and opinion be known that help the game and players alike and some seriously intelligent conversation about opposing views.
30 years ago I remember my push-button box phone I got as a gift with my Elite game. That it was just me against the systems and me staring at the stars thing where is Lave. But I had a modem then and knew it was a matter of time that we will SEE this game as something we can'n almost touch... others will be there and play along with me... Someday this can happen... I managed to make it, it was a interesting life but always the code of my gamine heart was always Elite. Now I am introducing my memories to my Sons and daughter, and seeing my grand kids staring up at space and then the game with that same look I had....
You as a forum have made it even more, others with the dreams of being RIGHT where we are now, behind our cockpit battling the stars...
It is you I play with, no longer alone and with most of my life in the memory or what CAN be now IS. You are a vocal lot, but you make it so worth every minute. So thank you Forum Pilots... thank you for being the ones that make life exciting.
