Well I think we can safely say that’s Movember done for this year!
What a fantastic month of fun that was!
It starting at the end of October with the pre-launch challenges from Frontier. Thank you to Michael , Igor and Mike for really getting behind the Community and putting your own whiskers on the line to get us off to a flying start.
Ashley and the Forum Mod team for helping us promote the event to the wider community, and of course to our High Commander David Braben for allowing us to use his visage on our campaign graphics!
Speaking of graphics, a special thanks to Mobius who has not only provided artwork to support the mission but has also been running the Mobra facebook page as well.
Senator Drew , who took time out from his evil machinations to write a great plotline for the crews journey in “Whisker” which kept us entertain all the way to the very poignant ending ( I would love to see that memorial in game!).
All the crazy fools who volunteered their time and vocal cords for the official Elite Community Movember Song – “Leaving on a Spaceplane”. It was great fun receiving everybody’s contributions and seeing how people had gone the extra mile. In the case of Psykokow and Dan Grubb an extra few miles! Not forgetting Alien, Darren and the whole team at Elite Meet who stepped up to the task even though it was 12:30am and the idiot at the front kept forgetting to press record on the video !

A superb effort from the Elite Community you should all be very proud of the result.
