Time for a new list, as I am approaching 10,000 systems visited I have decided another list is in order. So for any commanders that have visited 10,000 systems, if they can send me a quick photo I will add them to the list.

I hit 10,000 systems on 8 Feb this year (now 11,000), took a screenshot of the stats page, but didn't take note of the system.

Date for the 10k was 8 Dec 3301, also hit over 200,000Ly travelled and got to 41,408Ly out on my way to BP - notes say 'a good evening' - not 'arf!!!

I hit 15k on 2 Jan 3302 but this damned chase for J1 mats has kept my travelling down to a minimum ever since - seem to spend all my time planet side which is not what I signed up for!!!!!

Got to 10,000 sometime last March and since then I've completed two trips of more than 10,000 systems each. Currently closing in on 53,000. Will consider it significant when I get to 100,000....

NB: the stat is currently unreliable since it is counting repeat visits to the same system.

I reached my 30,000th system a short while ago - the utterly unremarkable WEPAI HV-F B17-40 which contains only a red dwarf and a couple of brown dwarfs; I didn't stop to take a picture. You trust me, right? (I'll dig one out in a bit.)

Not that I've tested it, but are you sure? I would expect Systems Visited to equal Total Hyperspace Jumps if that were the case.

edit: although, maybe there is also a bug that counts jumps from normal space to SC (and vice versa) as hyperspace jumps?

Not that I've tested it, but are you sure? I would expect Systems Visited to equal Total Hyperspace Jumps if that were the case.

Okay, it's... been awhile. Let's see... considering I was a little over 15,000 before my Beagle Point run... probably sometime around November 10 3301, while I was going all over the place along the A* route plotting for an eventual run. I'd already had several very profitable ventures out to the neutron star fields at that time; I ended up making several treks along that route to get the best possible route I could.

Looks like I have a bit different approach to exploration than the current Myriad Manifest members.

Whiterose, starting a Detail devil Surveyors list might be appropriate too, entry requirement being 100,000 detailed scans (L3, L2 or combination - and yes, I'm not there yet, but soon™)...

Looks like I have a bit different approach to exploration than the current Myriad Manifest members.

Absolutely! I always find it strange when I see other people's "profits from exploration" and "highest payout" stats - mine is comparatively low because a good portion of it was gained back when payouts were much lower and I haven't bothered to scan-for-profit since.
It's rare that I scan more than a system's primary these days, though I'm looking at the broad contents of systems in some detail.
