Greetings Commanders. Over.
Be advised that of 21.00 hours a terrorist cell of the Emperor's Dawn has re-established itself in the system of Namarii. See Imperial data log: https://inara.cz/galaxy-starsystem/16770/
No need to remind you that these are the terrorists who are responsible for murdering our previous Emperor, Hengist Duval. They previously had fled to the system of Kamcha where they were hunted by the agents of Lavigny's Legion and the Empire.
The Imperial Privateers were part of the original task force to fight the terrorist cell in Namarii and now control the system under the patronage of Natasha Lavigny. All loyal citizens of the Empire are asked to fight this threat, especially in Kamcha where there is now a chance to make them retreat back to Namarii where they can be contained by the combat pilots of the Imperial Privateers.

Yep. Fake news. Emperor's Dawn - the real ones - were Imperial Anarchists. Namarii Emperor's Dawn is a procedurally generated Imperial Corporate State. According to Inara.cz, they also own an outpost in the nearby Kamcha system.

I am reminded of the occasional forum uproar when a newbie points out that there is an ISIS system in the game. Of course, there isn't an "ISIS" system. There is, however, an "Isis" system, named after the Egyptian deity. Or maybe named after the 1970s TV show; with Kickstarter backer names, it's hard to tell.

Thank you everyone. I was worried that FD had put a landmine in our backyard, as the faction turned up out of the blue 100 light years from where they were in Kamcha. We are 8 factions now in that system so no clue as to how that works now....

Define terrorist. What terrorist atrocities did they commit? How many civilians were killed or injured by them?

Killing the emperor isn't terrorism, it's political assassination. To me the Emperor's Dawn look like rebels, not terrorists.

And it would add a healthy dose of storyline if they were to come back, so I hope this corporate state is a front for the real deal.

Well...... as an Imperial slave owning, jackboot wearing, fascist myself I can hardly call them the good guys.... so what about rebel scum?
