Hey there Cmdrs.
I have a questions about version 1,6/2,1. (Elite Dangerous / Elite Dangerous, Horizons)
The new ability in 2,1 (Elite Dangerous, Horizons) where you can make your ship better from the help by Engineers.
Can you also do that in version 1,6 (Elite Dangerous)?
And if so. Where can I find the Engineers.
