Haha, this is great. I love how they just all somehow know there's a weak point and stampede towards the one point where they will phase through the glass. I feel like you should set this video to dramatic/ominous music.

I wonder if it's possible to catch them back again. Either spend a fortune on emergence capture, or let the vet do it and come back in a week. You could also hire a few hundred vets, but you must fire them before the salary day.

Omg I can't even imagine 500 escapees and how you'd even begin to put them all back LOL
I have a huge flamingo + tortoise combo exhibit and the flock is growing to some pretty substantial proportions (though my goal is only 100)...watching similar stampedes during feeding time is fun.

Maybe the fence wasn't reaching all the way to the ground. Even the slightest gap between barrier and ground creates a passage.

It was fine. I didn't have to actually destroy that part of the fence. I just clicked on the glass fence already there, then clicked concrete, then click back glass.
