To quote a great wordsmith of the 20th century, J. R. R. Tolkien "Not all those who wander are lost.". Some of those wanderers, pilots that did not find their place within the established squadrons, found a home at the edge of The Bubble and founded The Exiles of Elite Dangerous. A home for all that seek to exist on the periphery of civilisation.
Unbound by the rules and regulation of the major powers, we support our own political agenda in a way that suits us. The systems we control, hold a place in our hearts and we defend them vigorously, we tend to them as the ancient gardens of Earth.
We are cautious in our sphere of influence, taking care as to not overstretched our reach, our roots will balance our branches. We expand with control and consideration at the hands of our seasoned political tacticians, supported by our dedicated flight combat division and espionage agents. We carve our place to fortify our home. We collaborate with other squadrons as long as our agendas align, yet diplomacy has its limits.
Our ranks comprise the veterans and the greenhorns, no matter the experience everyone has something to offer and we accept all that seek our way of life. Learning is a two way street, and as such we appreciate everyone has something to offer.
Activities
• BGS: We actively tend to our garden of systems maintaining influence, expanding where required to suit our appetites. We also assist our allied squadrons in maintain their position within our space.
• Bounties & Combat: Our flight combat division guides the defence of our systems and the hunting of those pesky pirates to aid the BGS and earn credits. We run organised massacre mission events and team up to tackle the more challenging assassinations.
• Anti Xeno: Our AX team act as ambassadors to the dedicated AX squadrons to ensure consistent and accurate data on targets and operations. Right at the forefront in the fight to defend all of Humanity. Glory to mankind.
• Trading & Mining: Some of us enjoy a slower pace, shipping goods and grinding rocks to ensure a steady stream of income. Taking on wing missions and sharing the profit makes us all stronger.
• Exploration: We stared into the void, and we liked it. We run organised excursions into the black with carrier support for repairs and teamwork, probing the unexplored, the pristine. Our explorers are seeking the true prize. We know that Raxxla is [ <data redacted - unauthorised access> ].

We are a non-militant group of CMDRs who all sought the same thing, a tight collection of good people that recognise life is already complex, so let's keep gaming fun. We demand nothing of our recruits other than loyalty to our Squadron our faction, and our allies. Your time is your own, as is your play style. You want to trade goods? Fine. You want to hunt gankers? Go nuts. However you want to play, we will help, guide, support, and hang out with you.
We have seasoned CMDRs that specialise in a range of roles that are eager and willing to help new players, and a fleet of fully-equipped, squadron-asset, fleet carriers that serve various support roles to assist our activities.
The majority of our CMDRs are based in United States time zones but we have an increasing number of CMDRs that are Europe based meaning there is generally always someone around, be that in game or on our Discord, to interact with.
The Exiles are an Independent non role play squadron looking to expand our ranks. We are involved in all aspects of Elite and are a PMF dealing with BGS.
