Who are we?
The ECC is a small team of pilots, flight attendants, and other cruiseline workers who have joined together to form a unique team dedicated to your luxury and comfort. Aboard our luxury liners, you'll find that there is nowhere more comfortable than the desolate edges of space. With top-of-the-line bars, pools, and other amenities, we guarantee your trip will go swimmingly.
Where are we located?
As of right now, our corporation does not have a Headquarters nor a Minor Faction in Elite: Dangerous. We are working on getting both of these things accomplished, and if you have ideas for where we could set up an HQ, please let us know.
What does our name mean?
Our name comes from a few words that we believe help define our company. "Exploration", because we allow our customers to explore new frontiers of the galaxy like they've never seen. "Cetacean", referring to the collection of mammals which include dolphins, whales, and other porpoises. "Corporation", because we are a company. A company dedicated to your luxury.
Are we aligned with any faction?
While we understand this is not a satisfactory answer to many Commanders, the ECC tries its absolute hardest to stay out of galactic conflict. Our primary objectives are customer satisfaction, not some agenda with any government. As such, we are looking to set up an HQ in an independent system.
Do you have to have a Dolphin, Orca, or Beluga?
While the ECC brand is heavily associated with the Saud Kruger luxury liners, there is no strict requirement that our employees must fly those specific ships. If you feel you can do a better job in an Anaconda, you are absolutely free to fly one. However, our marketing team will likely continue to use these three ships in most of our promotional material. These ships are what inspired our name after all.
