It is Monday, June 1st, 3301, 0258 Standard Galactic Time. My pseudonym among the Pilot's Federation is TheCyanDragon, and I am starting this open GalNet feed to catalog, log, and document my exploration trip. I am setting out from Catun, and plan on making a round-trip score around the Milky Way. I am setting off in my Lakon Spaceways Asp Explorer I've named the E/V Nautilus, and I have more than enough supplies to last the next six years, though hopefully I will not be gone that long. Nonetheless, this is the first step of many, and in this early morning, I will leave civilized space and venture into the great beyond. May the gods of space and time watch over my travels.
