I am now absolutely sure that the reputation system is buggy in 78 Ursae Majoris / Read Gateway since cashing in Alliance Bounty gave reputation with the Federation.
Therefore I think it is save to assume that this also translates to the influence of the Alioth Indys.
At this point the lack of AI-Missions basically means that only trading will give you any chance of supporting the Alliance around Alioth properly while gaining reputation with AI.
And since hauling low amounts of cargo basically has no effect at all, everyone without a Freighter or large ship is out...
So, where is a civil war I can fight for the Alliance until these bugs are fixed?
