the first patch that is released on day one, what does it fix? (and size of the spino)

An employee of Frontier (I did not find the thread and I do not remember the name), that the first day will leave a patch for the game.

this patch, which will fix? Will there be a note on this patch saying what has been fixed?

Another thing, the size of the spinosaurus, will take a long time to get fixed? well.. thing is that I would not like to see a spino the size of a suchomimus. Do you think the size of the Spino is fixed with patch 1?

I don't know that we'll see a spino fix in the day one patch. As for how long it takes to fix, that depends on the game engine. If they don't need to do too much tweaking to animations to account for the new scale, it shouldn't be hard at all. If they do, it could take a little time. Probably not more than a week once they start working on it, but I'm no expert on game development, so don't take that estimate as an absolute truth.

I would say major issues. Their main concern would be making sure the game is functioning and playable. It could be anything but I wouldn't expect everyone's little nit picking issues to be taken care of in a day 1 patch. That would happen later on. It could take them weeks or months to get all the issues sorted out and maybe even longer with the way some of these people come up with them. FD isn't going to be short of things to fix. They will make sure of it.

Games most of the time let you the possibility to see what the patch has changed, in game, in a patch-note, in the forum… so, yeah.

I really wouldn't expect anything for a few week the first day patch will be other issues. They have said animation and major changes take a while to fix.

Also I wouldn't doubt if we be well into the 3rd island before we finally unlock the Spinosaurus. So I don't see it being the first thing to be fixed.
