I love hearing "Scan detected", and then the sound of a Viper bouncing off my shields (provided my shields are up). It's right up there with "warning! incoming hatch breaker limpet" followed by the sound of a piece of metal bouncing off the hull and then notified with "hatch breaker limpet avoided" -when you have no cargo, your shields were up (where did the metal clank sound come from?) and are about to blow up a pirate in a HasRes... I guess that will have to suffice for the lack of a kitchen sink[haha]

I like the NPC pirates when I'm fuel scooping...

"Blah, blah, tasty cargo", "Blah, blah, big haul"

Throttles down and swings ship so the star is directly behind me.

Pirate jumps behind me and promptly vanishes into the star

I'll have to try that one out lol. Surprised it isn't followed up by a taunt right before they burn up... something like "you're mine!"

Also, I like pulling a pirate out of supercruise via interdiction.. after he puts up a fight to break free, we drop to normal space- only for him to turn around, start scanning, and say something like "I have been looking for you!"

Playing baseball with an SRV and using an Anaconda as a bat is always fun. So is crushing SRVs in the Conda. Or launching SRVs as high as possible. I really like messing with SRVs. It's probably why my wingmates won't land on planets with me.
