Cool vid! I tried one of the first hmd's at the CeBIT 94 in hannover, germany. It was really big and the quality and latency were awful. I forgot the whole vr-thing till my first oculus arrived. I was blown away instantly. What a step in technology!
Edit: The 3DO impressed me more at that time...(still can't believe it)
