Hello, at this precise moment I am working (It's 1:18 a.m. at this time) and I arrive at my house at 7:00 a.m.

but I've seen that the game is yet unlocked on Steam, what is the exact time it is unlocked and can play it?

the supposed release time is 8:00 am GMT for us on pc so whatever this time translates to in your time zone

Yeah, a bit disappointing that it's not released on all game modes at the same time, however as long as they release the PC version on the 12th then they've completed their legal obligation.
