the game logged me out and now my account is missing

I has flying in HIP4351 and the game crashed and said, your account has been logged out, then when i restart the game my account is gone and wants me to start a new game.
I have contacted support and hopefully they can recover my cmdr account

all solved my save file was assigned to a second account that i did not think i used, now back in the black tx for the speedy recovery support
