The gloves come off . . .

Just bought another account (on the cheap) and this one will be combat oriented.
Since money just is to easy, the price of the ships, with extra's will be calculated: sqrt(rebuy x 20) x 15,000. This would make the adjusted price for the Cutter only slightly higher than the original price, but obviously all other ships would be more expensive.

The price off the basic Eagle would jump from 43,800 to 3,140,000 Cr.
Started out with the Sidey, went to Dromi to help out the local police and skim the bounties.
Once I get the 3MCr Eagle, I'll overstay my welcome in the Noobula. 🧐

Found out the hard way the Eagle is not really suited for bounty hunting as it can't take any hits. Equipped with a single burst laser it tickles the local riff raff, but lets the police do the heavy lifting.
With enough money, in came the Viper Mk III. The interior has been described as ugly, but I prefer to word spartan, as in minimal and militaristic. And that's exactly what this ship is about. It can take a hit and have enough hp left to limp back to base. Also with a med sized laser and one multi-cannon it can at least help the police to scurry the criminals to their escape pods.

But now I'm flying the long haul to check out a strange ship and collect a nice bonus.

I'm looking at the Vulture to replace the Viper Mk III. A fine ship as it is, it doesn't bring much punch.

This vid by Exigeous might be a bit dated, but it suggests a Four Engineer Build (Felicity, Dweller, Elvira, Selene) https://s.orbis.zone/2wmx

Is this still up to date? Any suggestions?
Perhaps I should prepare for engineering now and get a Cobra Mk III first?
The Vulture needs a lot of engineering, even this med-engineered one. Selene requires 500 tons of mined stuff.

Choices, choices.
I have about 18MCr to invest. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
