I've got a Corvette, because I'm a fed, always have been because of Sol. Not the most imaginative, but I've traveled a fair bit too. I've engineered my ships, just in the process of finishing another two, keelback and courier. So I am aware of a grind, but I'm aware I'm doing it. When I've done my bit of grind I'm done, and go back to how I want to play........random missions, finding out about different approaches to missions. Changing systems and trying a different ship every now and then.
I'm a high rank in fed, so I'm playing imp for a while. The cutter may be an option in a year ☺.
So.......I guess what I'm saying is, grind in the mind?
I fell in love with the Python as soon as I saw one docking next to me, oh so long ago. It took me ages to get, longer to A rate, and I was well aware of my grinding ways. But when I got it, I played how I wanted. That was my goal done. Of course it needs engineering! But this game, this lovely immersive game, it's a game for a lot of different people, not just one person's ideal.
I'd love to have it exactly how I want, but that's not realistic.
I'm just enjoying myself in this game!
First post, so be nice ☺
P.s. I'm worried about the flak already. O7
