Engineers The Hare

Greetings CMDRs,
I'm trying my hand at exploration, but want to build the ship as annoying to interdict as possible. Just for fun. After some early tests at running away with my Krait MK2 yesterday at Eravate, which has comparable hull and shield, but is build for combat, I came up with this:

What do you think could be improved? I'm not necessarily sold in regard to the weapons. I haven't tested the combination of reverberating cascade mines and scramble turrets yet.
 
I've used a Cobra 3 fitted with reverb and ion disruption mines in open and if you launch enough of them it does work, the ion disruption experimental will cause the targets drives to reboot but you do need to launch a lot of mines from a faster ship than the target so it runs into them.

I'd fit mines to all the hardpoints TBH
 
The Phantom maxes out at 591m/s. If you're looking to run instead of fighting, you should aim for that. Whike your current boost looks OK, you're not much faster than my combat Krait or Chieftain, both of which have long distant Rails, and you're far slower than a Clipper or Mamba.
So here's a couple ideas...
Reactive armour is heavy. Lightweight G5 + deep plating and swap your smallest HRP to Thermal G5 + deep plating.
Long Range Sensors? You don't really have weapons that would benefit - Lightweight G5
7D Armoured PP? You're underpowered and a 6A Guardian PP is lighter while providing more power.
Again, if you're not fighting (with high draw weapons) you could swap to a smaller Guardian PD to save weight.
Actually, the last three may save enough weight to make your Reactive G, 5 heavy duty and keep the boost at 591m/s.

faster, better shields, better hull, less heat

if you have access to prismatics, you can try this for slightly better shields and a 6a fuel scoop
