The Hauler

So, out of the few ships I've tried and pimping out a Sidey and now a Hauler - I love my little white van. Then a random thought hit me, I feel a bit like a "Del Boy", shame I don't have some yellow paint.

Fast forward and hour and a friend says to me, "Jockey, the ED store is working now you can pick up your free paints" so I exit the game and log in to the store and what do I see first;

YELLOW HAULER PAINT !!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

So now, I just a decal with Trotters Independent Traders (or T.I.T. for short) and I'd be a very happy man.

And for those who have no idea what I'm on about, or just want to enjoy the tune (as I have it stuck in my head)....

Haha nice :)

What you said did get me thinking though. How funny it would be to have a new series. Space Trotters or something. Could just see them gang flying round space trading stuff with pure comedy etc. Guess it would be a cross between OFAH and Red Dwarf lol.

In all the stations that offered to put decals on it - I never saw any option to actually apply something ?

I got the Premium Beta but does it require additional purchases to get a certain scheme or decals ? Mercenary Edition ? Xmas special Painting edition ?

You have to buy a paint scheme in the ED store for your ship, then they show in game. You can claim some free Cobra paints in the store and the rest are on 50% sale, so now is a good time.

My yellow paint cost me £1 !!!! :)

yay that is so cool i have to have it. i love my beaten up, rusty little hauler. Ive always thought of it as a kind of transit van in the sky. Can get 20+ ly in it as now have an A2 class FSD and power dist for it and looking around for a better power plant and thrusters. saving for a cobra but might not bother. love the weird noises it makes too!
