Part I: The Transmission

It was supposed to just be a routine mission. The usual, You've done these types of missions hundreds of times. Alright, hundreds might be an overestimation, but still it was enough to almost become muscle memory. Pick up the job from the local office, head down to the surface world nearby, sneak in, scan the data beacon and decrypt the data to then turn in. Typical corporate espionage work. It was nothing like the old earthen spy flicks, but you made a living off of it and were damn good at not getting caught. A modern 32nd century Hacker. So to speak. Though, arriving on the world something struck out to you. It just felt... Odd. Only three sentries, They were not even that big of a challenge to get around. Damn, Companies should start investing in smarter sentries, you thought to yourself. Then there was the data logs. They were huge, and even a rather high quality audio log from the looks of the size. 350 terabytes of data, well, they might pay well for this amount of data. Its probably just economic data and research into the latest of power cells or something. Or, at least, this is what you thought until your curiosity got the best of you... Why was this particular file encrypted as a single packet? Who even encrypts 250 terabytes of data together? Usually its packaged in smaller 50 terabyte increments for ease of transmission by the computers, then later assembled on the receiving relay. Ah, what can it hurt, I'll just say it was unpackaged like this when I found it, you thought to yourself.

>Decrypting Data Files ...
>... *Computer ticks up from 0% to 100%*
>Decrypted Data Files downloaded.
> Audio File Found...
>Play?
> *You type yes into the command prompts of your ship*
> Playing Antares Incident Report Audio File 1/???

*Panicked almost labored breathing comes over the speaker* "... Look I dont have much time to explain, They may have found me out. I wasnt supposed to send this report anywhere, What you just downloaded is only a copy of the original, My superior is coming to verify that I have purged my personal logs here. Theres something Sirius Corporation kept from the public.. *a long pause and shuffling can be heard* ... Look, the ship didnt just explode Okay? I can hear footsteps coming down the hall... You have the data, Just believe me that the encrypted files can be decrypted and will lead you to other Relays I have sent other data packets to. You have to help me get my findings out!... *The audio file ends and you verify there isnt anything else on the audio track by checking the audio's progress bar. Sure enough, thats all there was. Odd.*

Ending the silence after that message had echoed the chambers of your ship, was your ships computer "Additional File Attachment Downloaded." Your heart racing, you look to your screen only to see a wall of numbers. What could all of this possibly mean?

>Accessing Data Files...
> Decrypting Additional Files...
> Error... Encryption Unknown. Aborting...

CMDR TeamHitmarks very quickly decoded the first set of code last night! Congrats to him.
"From the tip of Bootes, The Bears Guardian fishes with Maui's Magical Hook. Using a scorpion heart to catch the Bear, the King of all fish. "

Which unlocked the hint: the key to the second set is instructions to unlock its secrets
