The biggest problem with this game is how it caused me to resit three GCSE exams. Aint nobody got time for memorising arcane formulae when there are mining machines which need checking.

Indeed it is. The original Imperial Courier, rather larger than the one we have in ED.

Thanks Drew, well written. I didn't know that the main engines were needed to travel through hyperspace, only normal space (mostly with the stardreamer on). Or have I read that wrong?

Only required in normal space... phrase is a bit clumsy. I'll tweak.

Loved that game! It grew as you played it particularly the military missions that only came available at higher ranks - the spying missions were superb, trying to get close enough to photograph and enemy base while waves of defending ships came at you was awesome. Excellent summary.
