This has been a most excellent adventure; we saw many beautiful sights, met some amazing CMDRs, and netted >36M in exploration data. Looking forward to the next one :D

With over 60 commanders who have now completed the trek, we still have a handful who are rushing to get their place reserved amongst the nuttiest pilots out there (and get a flight patch).... With only hours to spare, we've had messages from a few who are within 4000ly of the destination and their prize.

When we came up with this, we didn't realise quite how well it would be taken - but are happy to reward each and every pilot with their own Hutton flight patch as a reward. We have an awesome gallery of images from the efforts.

Special thanks to TH03BGT, who - on hearing that one of our "later" arrivals had lost all his mugs en route to Sag A* and didn't have time to go back for more, got in his ship, stripped it for speedy delivery, went to Hutton to get mugs and arrived at Sag A* in under a day to rescue a fellow trucker. Absolutely incredible stuff by TH03BGT - it's not the first time he has done this during the challenge.

Speed to your frameshifts and may your route plotting be swift and sure.

That's the first picture I've seen of the patch, that's awesome! Has anyone posted a picture of the patch on their 'flight suit'? I'll have to go back in the thread and look.

I never got a reply e-mail, and I'm wondering if everything sent. I did ask for confirmation a while ago, but it seems to have been washed under. I could re-send everything, but Im already kinda worried as to where my home address went to if it didn't end up in your email. Maybe it was filtered as spam, but I don't wanna re-send such details into the black. I've got all the pics about still, so I could make an imgur album or something, but I'd rather not send something to that e-mail again if it's not gonna turn up. I'm gonna PM Erik w/ my details and go from there. I just hope I don't start getting packages I didn't[/i[] ask for in the future...
