Not really. Chicxulub impactor is calculated to have been at least 6 miles wide space rock, and even then it probably needed help to cause the mass extinctions.

But what about air pollution? Like when a volcano erupts it spreads ash a fair distance with the the help of the wind so surely the same effect would be seen here, causing respiratory problems for people a fair distance away from the impact site and covering fauna in dust that would also be contaminated with various toxins thus causing wildlife to die from ingesting it?
