Coaster Crazy The in game store

I added ten dollars to my iTunes to spend on gems so I could buy the arctic and Africa but I can't complete a purchase. When I hit buy the screen just sits there as it says "buying" until I restart the app. Please help.

When you say you cannot complete a purchase, is this in the in-game store or on iTunes and could you tell me what notification comes up when this issue happens? A screenshot of the error message would be particularly useful.

I don't really know how to post a screenshot, but it's in the actual game, when I try to buy gems, and I click buy, the screen just sits there and it says buying. It just sits there until I restart the app

Well i don't know how to post a screenshot, but when I go into the cOaster crazy store and try to buy gems, free I click on the gems I get a green square type thing that just says buying. And that screen stays that way until I restart the app. When I re start the app, I don't get credited with paying for the gems and I don't actually recieve my gems.

Hi Matt,
This sounds like your device is having problems connecting to the app store. Try making sure that you make your purchase in an area where you have a strong signal and see if it makes a difference. Also, are you using a jail broken device? As this may also contribute to the issue.

I've tried everywhere to buy the gems, school, home, friends house. And yes my iPod is jailbroken, but after I discovers the problem OI asked my friend to try on his device which is not jailbroken and he couldn't buy gems either, can we please try and get this resolved asap, I really want to play Africa and arctic.

We're fairly sure that there isn't a problem making purchases from the game side, so it may be an issue with iTunes. I will pass this on to our QA team though, to see if they can replicate it. Sorry that we can't be of anymore help, but we will try and diagnose if there is an issue with Coaster Crazy and then make sure to fix it as soon as possible, if it happens to be an error on our side!

Basically I'm saying that I believe the issue lies with iTunes itself, so there really isn't anything we can do to help you right now. We will of course investigate the issue just to make sure it isn't a problem with the game. Sorry we can't be of any more help!
