The Explorer's Anchorage starport has been here for years now, and there is a penal colony in a nearby system, but no surface settlements or on foot locations to mission at or take Apex to. A handful of small science settlements on those two landable worlds here on the frontier would fit the bill nicely and offer some gameplay variation around these parts.

I want a bubble like colonia near sag a.
Certainly a Colonia bubble-lite - just a few settlements and maybe a new port or two every year would make sense. I think any area that has a congregation of players/carriers over a continuous period should eventually become a mini bubble. I mean technically it could be argued that the carriers themselves constitute a bubble, there's a couple of dozen+ around Sag A* at any time, but some surface settlement locations and missions are needed (seeing as Carrier owners cannot create missions).
