Thought I would start a thread focussing on interesting projects to be found on ModDB. If you come across any you think the forum might be interested in or perhaps a well established favourite that has seen a recent update, put them in here with a short description and links.
Anyways, to start the thread off, did you like the Mass Effect games? Wished you could command those big space fleets that the game showed you in the cut scenes? Well if you happen to have a copy of Homeworld 2 sitting around gathering dust this free Homeworld 2 Mod might be just the thing your looking for.
Its called Mass Effect Reborn.
Featuring many ships shown in the original Mass Effect games (as well as other ships), it allows the player to take part in epic battles both in single and multi player.
