the issue could not be understood by me at least??
Did you fill out all the required fields?
I'm also pretty certain that the description field needs a certain number of letters / words to be considered valid.

Yes of course, all required fields filled, otherwise the report cannot be even submitted. Just after submit - "The issue could not be loaded."
Mine is also doing this, I only submitted the issue once but I cant seem to view it on the website. I tried going to my issues and it wont load same thing if I go through and find it in the list of all issues.
