As so much will be sorted soon, I would like to be the last person to complain about:

Negative Rep from Assassination - I successfully completed an Assassination mission without any "legal issues", yet my Rep with the minor faction issuing the mission went down from Friendly to Neutral

That's because they have realised you completed the mission and are now a fully fledged assassin so they now fear you. Anything is possible.....
