OP, try checking files / reinstalling, it rather appears local issue.

Well that's weird cause I have it on both my computers, one is ATI and one is Nvidia card. I will try to reinstall the launcher again (though I've done it once already).

I've never seen this issue either. Do you have some odd desktop DPI settings enabled in Windows?

Ensure your drivers are up to date.
Try re-downloading the launcher.

for me i have to hit play 2x every time i want to play and then when i close ed it always starts a new session . and yes i have checked processes to mske sure it isnt running twice

Are you running any overlay programs OP ?

I get that effect and so does a friend when we run AMD Gaming Evolved (aka Raptr) software, as the in game messages (like the keys to use while in game) try to come up.
