Hi fellow 'HMD'ers
With ED it think were catching glimpses of the power and future of 'VR'. Without getting melodramatic its a historical time and privelige to experience the start of a very big deal..
I think theres likely to be significant 'emergent' properties to come from the interaction of human physiology/intelligence and computed virtual environments.. One possible outcome could be a more efficient language, visual language aka Terrence McKenna's postulating on the subject.. (look up Terrence McKenna on Youtube)
I have noticed some strange effects in my own everyday visual experience from prolonged sessions in ED 0.5 Hr+, which seems a training of the brain (rift legs) to the new input.. after session move your head sideways while trainig on a fixed point.. Hopefully reality wont start Stutt........ (dont say it)
As the late McKenna said "the world can be what you say it is!", in VR you can make it what you want.. (so why are we stuck at 400 m/s ((in space)))
Be good.. SLeeC
