Mentorship Program:
Any Pilots who wish to help our new CMDRs reach Lidpar, and begin to bering them up to speed, please post your intentions here. All participation is purely voluntary, and subject to your own schedule, availability, and desire. Please post your GT and your Time Zone so that they can be added to the STAFF roster Above.

All Staff and Instructors should be recommended by another member of the community by being "Seconded" or "Recommended" by another Forum member in a later post. I will then add the person to the Roster. ;)

STAFF Level - Assist our Pilots in getting to Lidpar, and assist them in going from Level I (Trainee) to Level 2 (Journeyman); You may also act as a Wing Leader for Trainees and Journeymen operating in/around Lidpar.

INSTRUCTOR Level - Assist any Jounreymen who are intereste in advanced Training in Mining, Trade, Exploration, Power Play, Local Politics, Smuggling, Stealth Combat or any other applicable Specialty.
If You are good at what You do, and have a desire to pass on your skills, please add your Specialty to your Statement of Interest as well.

STUDENT Enrollment:
Any new CMDR who wished to participate in the Program should post their Interest, Gamer Tag, and Time Zone to be added to the STUDENTS ENROLLED roster above. Students are encouraged to reach out to Instructors and to fellow Students to form training wings, and operate in and around Lidpar in cooperation with other local CMDRs.
When/if a Student wishes to leave the academy to continue their Career, it would be appreciated if they would post it here so that We can say our goodbyes and send our well-wishes to them; and remove them from the roster so they are not messaged by others looking to Wing up.

Academy CQC Team:
Like most Institutions of Higher Learning, We are interested in building and maintaining a competitive Sports Team.
CQC provides excellent, risk free PvP combat Training in a fun, and fast paced environment.
Students and Faculty alike are urged to ask to be placed on our CQC roster with GT and Time Zone, so that interested Players can wing up, and enjoy CQC together!

Academy Mission Board:
there will be Missions available to help cement the Lidpar Order (Minor Faction) in power, and to allow the academy to flourish. These Missions are not mandatory, but will allow some structure andreal-world impact to the activities of our Students and Staff that can be seen in-game.
Missions will include:
-Joining Specific Faction in local Civil Wars to support Local Factions desirable to the Academy.
-Hunting bounties in specific systems, and turing them in at specific Stations to promote Local Factions desirable to the Academy.
-Doing Missions for Local Factions desirable to the Academy.
-Destoying Ships affiliated with factions undesirable to the academy. (Particularly Pirate and Anarchy Factions - You get bounty for this!)
-Fun Communty Training Events such as Challenges, Races, and friendly Competitions.

Absolutely I recommend Adeptus kaze for role of instructor . Top man for doing this buddy. I would volunteer for a combat instructor myself but my work hour's are all over the place . (Which is why I spend so much time in this forum )

I'm interested in becoming a student. I just bought ED this past weekend and could definitely benefit from more than what the in-game tutorials offered. My GT is DragonUnleashd [not a typo; the "e" is left off after the h]. My time zone is EST.

Sweet! That puts You happily in the same time zone as our first two Instructors! :) I can be available in about half-an-hour or so, and We can work on getting You to Lidpar.

Should You ever desire to work with us as an Instructor, Please let us know. We can send Journeymen Level (ie they would already have Type 6's equipped for trade and smuggling) your way to wing up and learn the finer points of running a trade route. ;)

Well, when that happens count me in. May I suggest that, as a starting point, you go to either Eravate or LHS 3447 with Consumer Technology, Performance Enhancers, or Progenitor Cells. When I do (assuming I can get them at a good enough price; the best I have seen is 6,200cr) I can then get any new Commanders in my Wing as much as 26Kcr (I take 384T there in my Anaconda). That way the new Commanders can fit a C2 FSD (if I have got the prices right), which then gives them a greater range.

Always been a fan of you adeptus kaze ....anything I can do to help let me know , I'm mainly a explorer and miner. However your activities will attract attention so count me as a close ally need if your space patrolling or even a target for new recruits let me know ....not back in the bubble for a few more weeks but I will be following this closely...thatch117 add me ��
