the lost world jurassic park skin

for the big fans of the jurassic franchise who were unable to pre-order could release the Lost World Jurassic Park skins as it would be a good addition in the next free update or paid content as they are beautiful skins

Sadly, we're only allowed to speak english on this part of the forums.

I agree it is a bit unfair. Ironically you can't use them in the Lost World Chaos theory.

I don't think they'll ever release the skins again, seeing they didn't do so with JWE1 (even for the Switch port of the game).

I think there's a good chance we'll get new Lost World vehicles at some point.

I'm very happy to hear that you like the skins so much! Unfortunately we don't have plans to release these outside of the pre-order bonuses. They were exactly that: a bonus you got for pre-ordering.

As someone that has the pre-order bonus, I think these should be made available to buy. There is literally no downside to it.
People who pre-ordered the game have benefited from the extra skins for over a year. Making them available now does not take that away. The devs get more money, the players get more skins. Everyone wins.

That's not very nice to new players.

They shouldn't be part of a free update but having the chance to buy them like other DLC is perfectly fine. People who pre-ordered the game got the skins for free for doing so, you're not conning players who bought the game early by making latecomers to the franchise pay for the DLC.

Plenty of games make their pre-order content available to purchase after release, first one that comes to mind is DOOM Eternal with the rip and tear pack DLC. Just do it (the Jurassic World Evolution 1 pre-order DLC too) and stop making content forever unobtainable.

If I'm being honest, that wouldn't be very fair to players who pre-ordered the game. It can't be called a "pre-order bonus" if it's available later on.

You mean it wouldn't be fair to people who already have it that don't want anyone else to have it? I've said it elsewhere before, but that's an Ivan the Terrible mentality.

I've bought stuff that came with pre-purchase bonuses before, I don't care if devs charge extra for it after the game releases as I got it for free.

It can't be called a "pre-order bonus" if it's available later on.
Again, it is a bonus if you pre-ordered the game as you got it for FREE, it wouldn't be a bonus for people buying after the release as they have to pay for it. Arguing the semantics doesn't negate what I've said.

I preordered the game. And I greatly enjoyed the extra content on launch. However, after enough time passes I think whatever content exists should be available for purchase for all players. Not every player was sure about the game. Not every player might have owned a PC, old console like me, or a new gen console. I find no harm in having those skins be considered a small DLC well after launch. Just my opinion.

There's numerous reasons as to why someone doesn't purchase a game on day one, but I also think using limited time, pre-purchase content to pressure people to buy early is just a scummy way of boosting day one sales/numbers for the shareholders.
